Nick Luders currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at TriNet, a position held since October 2021, where the focus is on enhancing organizational efficiency and agility through the Customer Success Enablement team. Previously, Nick held various leadership roles at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), including Executive Director of Customer Experience and Senior Director of Customer Success within Select Services. Nick's career began at Ultimate Software, leading the Customer Support organization and driving customer satisfaction through innovative service strategies. Nick also gained experience at AT&T in roles such as Network Process and Quality Manager and Network Manager. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Nova Southeastern University, earned between 2010 and 2013.
