Rachelle Dorais

Rachelle (Shelley) Dorais is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success, account management, and human resources. Currently serving as Executive Director of Customer Success and Renewals at TriNet and Zenefits, Rachelle has played a key role in empowering over 10,000 companies and managing workplace compliance for more than 250,000 individuals. Previous roles include Senior Manager of West Coast Client Services at Valassis, where Rachelle oversaw a large team managing significant revenue, and Director of Account Management and Human Resources at NthDegree Technologies, with responsibilities that included fundraising and investor management. Rachelle's career began in HR at Valassis, progressing through various leadership positions, and includes establishing a consulting business focused on optimizing HR practices. Rachelle holds a BS in Organizational Communications and Management from Eastern Michigan University's Honors College.
