Rachelle Freeman

Rachelle Freeman is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the EPL Claims Manager at TriNet, a position held since September 2015, after progressing from roles as EPL Claims Supervisor and Litigation Paralegal. Previous legal experience includes positions as a Paralegal in Investigations, Risk & Litigation, and in the Legal Affairs Department at CaroMont Health, as well as a Litigation Paralegal in Insurance Defense at Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote. Rachelle began a legal career as a Legal Assistant and has held various support roles in the medical and retail sectors. Educational qualifications include an AAS in Paralegal Technology from Central Piedmont Community College, partial BA in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and an AA in Psychology/Elementary Education from Valencia College. Rachelle is also certified as a National Certified Counselor Practitioner (NCCP) and a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
