Randy Pettyjohn

Randy Pettyjohn currently serves as the Director of Revenue Analytics and Compensation at TriNet since December 2021. Previously, Randy held senior management roles at Verizon and Verizon Wireless, where responsibilities included leading teams in finance, analytics, and compensation planning, supporting over 700 sales leaders during organizational restructuring, and driving digital transformation. Randy's experience encompasses extensive forecasting, compensation design, and financial analysis, utilizing advanced analytics tools such as Tableau and Alteryx. Randy is recognized for excellence in business transformation and received multiple awards, including the Verizon Credo Award and recognition as a top performer in various leadership roles. Randy holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Penn State University and has a background in retail sales management at Nextel.
