Shawana Rapp

Shawana Rapp, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and claims consulting. Currently serving as an HR Transition Consultant at TriNet since February 2022, Shawana previously worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Atlanta Public Schools and held multiple roles at ADP, including Sr. UI Claims Consultant and Lead Tax Coordinator. Shawana began a career in human resources as an Associate Human Resources Generalist at DeKalb Community Service Board and as a Human Resources Analyst at Staffmark. Shawana holds a Master of Business Administration from the Jack Welch Management Institute and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Savannah State University.
