Sonya Singh

Sonya Singh is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Executive Director, People Business Partner at TriNet since November 2022. Previously, Singh held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Fiserv from August 2017 to June 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing HR support for Legal and Global Brand/Communications following a major merger. Prior to Fiserv, Singh was with Kohl's Department Stores for over a decade, progressing from a Human Resources Manager role to various senior management positions, including leading the HR Shared Services Center and managing Absence Management programs. Singh's career began at Strong Financial Corporation, holding several HR roles from 2000 to 2006. Singh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the Lubar College of Business, earned between 1992 and 1996.
