Sowmiya R. is a highly experienced Senior Product Manager currently working at TriNet since 2023. Previously, Sowmiya served as an Advisory Member for the Design Thinking Program at the University of California, Riverside, where the focus was on applying Design Thinking methodologies to address diverse industry challenges. Prior to these roles, Sowmiya held various positions including Senior Product Manager at Dover Fueling Solutions, and Principal Product Manager as well as other leadership roles at Oracle over a decade of experience. Academically, Sowmiya holds a Master's degree in Software Management from Carnegie Mellon University, an M.B.A. in Marketing from Visvesvaraya Technological University, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Statistics from Christ University, Bangalore, and a certification in Data Analytics for Managers from Product School.
