Teresa Cheng

Teresa Cheng is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and development. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Products at TriNet since December 2013, Teresa previously held key positions including Product Management Lead at Emota.net Inc. and Senior Product Manager at KANA Software, where Teresa contributed to innovative solutions that significantly reduced process implementation times. At Genesys Telecommunications Labs, Teresa held multiple roles, culminating in Senior Manager of Product Management, where skills in strategic planning, product lifecycle management, and team leadership were demonstrated.
