Tori Rabun

Tori Rabun is a seasoned Human Capital Consultant with over 20 years of experience in human resources. Currently serving as a Principal Human Capital Consultant at TriNet since April 2007, Tori has provided strategic and tactical HR services to a diverse clientele, overseeing policy development, employee relations, and compliance issues. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at ADP TotalSource, where leadership and mentorship were provided to an HR team, and Sr. Human Resources Generalist at Qwest Communications, performing consultative work on various HR functions. Tori began the career as a Human Resources Generalist at JD Edwards, tackling recruitment, employee relations, and training issues. Tori holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Colorado Boulder.
