Tracey Morris

Tracey Morris has extensive experience in risk management and safety, with a career spanning various organizations. Beginning as a Personnel Coordinator and later Director of Personnel for the United States Marine Corps, Tracey transitioned to the U.S. Department of State as a Regional Advisor from June 2004 to April 2010. Following this, Tracey joined Emory Healthcare as the Environment Health Safety Manager, overseeing safety programs across 109 facilities from March 2012 to April 2016. Subsequently, Tracey held roles at TriNet, starting as a Risk Consultant and advancing to Senior Risk Consultant before becoming the Regional Manager of Risk Mitigation in August 2021. In these roles, Tracey managed teams of Risk Consultants and developed best practice solutions to ensure the profitability of Workers' Compensation Programs through effective risk mitigation strategies.
