Stanislav Dobrolezha has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Stanislav started their career at PrivatBank in 2006, where they served as a Senior SMB Credit Manager and later as a Senior NPL's Manager. In 2009, they joined Kraft Foods Group as an Area Sales Manager Assistant and eventually became a Regional Sales Analyst. In 2013, they joined Mondelēz International as a Jr. Sales Force Automation Specialist and later as a Sales Systems Support Specialist. In 2015, they moved to SoftServe Business Systems, where they initially worked as an IT Business Analyst and then as a Senior Business Analyst. Currently, since 2018, they are working for Trinetix as a Business System Analyst.

Stanislav Dobrolezha, CBAP®, holds a Master's degree in financial business management from Cherkassy Banking Institute, which they obtained from 2003 to 2008. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have received the certification of Certified Business Analysis Professional™ from the International Institute of Business Analysis™ in April 2021.
