Andrey Tutubalin has a diverse work experience in the field of healthcare data engineering and software development. Andrey started their career in 2014 as a Graduate Assistant at Middle Tennessee State University. In 2016, they interned with CHS as a Historical Data Management Team Intern, where they provided support for Cerner Clinical Reporting and performed image backloads. In the same year, they joined Trinisys as a Solution Developer and later transitioned into the role of Software Developer, where they implemented Trinisys Business Automation Platform based solutions and designed data warehouse ETL solutions for large-scale data migration projects. Since 2019, Andrey has been working at Trinisys as a Senior Healthcare Data Engineer. In this role, they extract, transforms, and loads healthcare data, analyzes client requirements, and develops extraction and transformation plans. Andrey also mentors less experienced Healthcare Data Engineers, creates reports for tracking project timelines, and implements standardized operational and quality control processes. Andrey is knowledgeable in healthcare data models and architectures, and they have expertise in data migration strategies for large-scale complex data projects.

Andrey Tutubalin completed their Master's Degree in Information Technology Project Management at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained another Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Dnipropetrovsk National University named after O.Gonchar between 2009 and 2014. In terms of additional certifications, Andrey Tutubalin obtained the "Exam 461: Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014" certification from Microsoft in June 2017.
