Kelsey Devery

Kelsey Devery, LCSW, currently serves as the YES Program Director at Trinitas Regional Medical Center, where the SBYSP Youth Enrichment Service Program aims to enhance student success and foster community integration. Kelsey has extensive experience as an Outpatient Therapist at Hope Therapeutic Services, providing therapy and utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities. Previous roles include Lead Social Worker at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, managing care transitions and implementing performance improvements, and In-Home Clinician at Unlocked Potential, delivering therapeutic support to youth with behavioral challenges. Kelsey began as a Staff Clinician at Irvington Counseling Center, providing diverse counseling services, and has undergone multiple internships, gaining a comprehensive skill set in mental health care and quality improvement. Kelsey holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from American University.
