Marissa Gress has accumulated significant experience in administrative and customer service roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Unit Secretary at Trinitas Regional Medical Center since December 2016, Marissa provides specialized clerical support to healthcare professionals while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and hospital standards. Simultaneously, Marissa has been a PBX Operator at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts since May 2015, managing call routing and reservations. Previous experience includes serving as a Front Desk Receptionist at The Club at Woodbridge from October 2011 to May 2015, and an internship at RWJ Rahway Fitness & Wellness Center in 2014, focusing on exercise science and sales.
