Tom Morlan, LEED AP, AC, has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Sr Project Manager at Trinitas Ventures since 2014. Prior roles include Project Manager at JR Kelly Company and Weigand Construction, as well as Project Engineer at HENSEL PHELPS. Tom began their career as a carpenter at Mayne Homes and gained early experience as an intern at HENSEL PHELPS. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Technology from Purdue University, obtained in 2001.
