John Mee

John Mee has extensive experience in supply chain and operations management. John currently holds the position of Global Supply Chain Director at Trinity Biotech, a role they have held since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Supply Chain and Operations Consulting at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services from February 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining Ernst & Young, John worked as the Global Supply Planning Director at Grifols from June to October 2020. John also held the position of Supply Chain Excellence and Business Analytics Manager at Glanbia Ireland from January 2019 to June 2020.

John's earlier experience includes roles at Glanbia Consumer Foods, where they held the positions of Head of Business Performance Improvement from October 2017 to June 2020, and Head of Supply Chain and Information Systems from April 2006 to September 2017. John also worked as the Supply Chain Director (Contract) at Hy-Tech Logistics in 2005.

Prior to that, John worked as a Supply Chain Consultant at the National Institute for Transport and Logistics from April 2001 to December 2004. John also served as a Logistics Manager at Batchelors (Northern Foods) from May 1999 to April 2001 and as a Supply Chain Manager at Bestfoods (Unilever) from 1995 to May 1999.

Before their positions at Bestfoods, John held various contract positions as a Supply Chain Manager and Inventory Manager from April 1991 to April 1995.
