Katie Oomkes

Katie Oomkes currently serves as the Residence Life Area Director, Technical Director & Theatre Technician, Theatre Program Coordinator, and Adjunct Professor at Trinity Christian College since June 2021, where the focus includes teaching a course on creativity and calling. Previous experience includes roles as Stage Manager at Moraine Valley Community College and Resident Director at Grove City College. At Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, Katie held positions as House Director and Resident Advisor. Additional roles at Geneva College, Christ Church Oak Brook, Camp Manitoqua & Retreat Center, and PROVISION THEATER COMPANY also contributed to a diverse skill set in theatre and education. Katie Oomkes earned a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Geneva College and a degree from Trinity Christian College.
