Britney Yount

Britney Yount is an experienced professional in ministry and mental health, currently serving as Co-Pastor and Family Ministry Director at Trinity Church since July 2016, where leadership encompasses kids and youth ministries. In addition, Britney Yount has worked as an Outpatient Therapist at Adult and Child Health since July 2021, providing individual therapy for outpatient clients. Previous roles include Lead Recovery Support Specialist at Recovery Centers of America, Clinical Intern at Family and Community Partners, and Family Consultant at Lifeline Youth & Family Services, facilitating visitation and case management for children involved with the Department of Child Services. Education includes a Master of Divinity and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Christian Theological Seminary, along with a Master's Degree in Education from Black Hills State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology and English Literature from Purdue University. Britney Yount's teaching experience spans multiple grade levels, including roles as a 5th-grade ELA teacher and an early career coaching position with Teach For America.
