Elser Llanos

Elser Llanos currently serves as the Vice President of Programs and Programs Director at A Chance In Life since January 2020. In addition, Elser Llanos holds the position of International Alumni Ambassador at Trinity College Dublin, a role undertaken since June 2023, and serves as a Board Member for Edmund Rice Development since April 2022. Previously, Elser Llanos worked as the Coordinador de Oficina de Desarrollo para Latinoamérica and Administrador de Proyecto Fe y Alegría 26 at Christian Brothers from January 2015 to December 2019, and as the Coordinador de Departamento de Psicología at Fe y Alegría 26 from March 2013 to December 2014. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Development Practice from Trinity College Dublin (2020-2021), a Master's degree in Comportamiento Organizacional con Mención en Psicología Empresarial from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia (2016-2019), and a Bachelor of Arts in Psicología from Universidad del Valle (2007-2012).
