Joanne Carroll

Joanne Carroll is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Internal Communications Officer at Trinity College Dublin since March 2022, where key responsibilities include implementing the Internal Communications strategy and developing communication plans across the institution. Prior to this role, Joanne held the position of Communications Lead at ESB from July 2017 to March 2022, leading communication efforts for significant property projects and facilitating organizational change communications. Additionally, Joanne worked as an Employee Engagement and Communications Specialist at ESB, where responsibilities included managing company-wide initiatives and editing the employee newspaper.
