Catherine Hughes

Catherine Hughes is a seasoned professional in language assessment and education, currently serving as the Technical Content Manager at Trinity College London since October 2022. Prior experience includes various roles at the British Council from August 2013 to September 2022, such as Examiner Network Manager for Global Assessments and Aptis, and also Acting Aptis Examiner Network Manager. Catherine held the position of Director of Studies at Manchester International College and EF International Language Schools from February 2008 to August 2014. Catherine completed a Master of Arts in Language Testing at Lancaster University (2018-2020) and holds a BA Hons in English Literature from The Open University (2002-2007), along with five A Levels from Northallerton College (1989-1996).
