Victor Massey

Victor Massey has extensive experience in engineering management, currently serving as Engineering Manager at Trinity Glass International, Inc. since February 2017. Previously, Victor held similar roles at Milgard Windows and Doors and Trinity Glass Intl, demonstrating expertise in managing engineering teams and implementing digital manufacturing processes. Early career experience includes positions at Stanley Black & Decker, where Victor contributed to product line growth and led multidisciplinary teams, as well as at Schlage Locks, managing maintenance personnel and overseeing manufacturing operations. Victor holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Wake Forest University School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
