Jeanette Franck

Jeanette Franck is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and compensation strategy. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Shared Services at Trinity Health since May 2013, Jeanette oversees the Total Rewards strategy and programs for a major healthcare provider with over 115,000 employees and revenues exceeding $20 billion. Jeanette held the role of Vice President of Total Rewards from 2002 to 2018 within Trinity Health, overseeing significant compensation and benefits initiatives prior to the merger with Catholic Health East. Previous roles include Director of Compensation & HR Strategic Planning at MSX International and various positions in HR at Detroit Medical Center and the U.S. Army Tank Automotive & Armaments Command. Jeanette holds a Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor of Applied Arts from Central Michigan University.
