Jennifer Smith (Van Campen) is a seasoned professional in total rewards and executive compensation with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Sr. Consultant at Trinity Health since July 2022, Jennifer specializes in the planning and validation of compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
