Lee Ann Provenzano

Lee Ann Provenzano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the legal and compliance sectors of the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Business Compliance at Trinity Health since December 2014, Provenzano also holds the role of Contract Management System Administrator within the Legal Department. Prior to this, Provenzano worked as a Paralegal at Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP from June 1996 to November 2014 and as a Senior Legal Assistant in Risk Management at Providence Hospital and Medical Centers from May 1989 to May 1996. Educational qualifications include a CHRM in Health Care Risk Management from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin U-Med & Science and an AAS in Legal Assistant from Oakland Community College, complemented by a high school diploma from Williamston High School.
