Lemark Payne

LeMark Payne, MM, EMBA, is an experienced healthcare operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations for Trinity Health Medical Groups since October 2017. With a strong background in medical group management, financial risk mitigation, and strategic growth, LeMark specializes in optimizing processes and enhancing revenue using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Prior to this role, LeMark worked at Spectrum Health as the Director of Operations for Primary Care, where responsibilities included coordinating strategic planning, marketing, and quality initiatives.
