Ray Anderson

Ray Anderson, PhD, MBA, serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Trinity Health, leading strategy, business development, mergers and acquisitions, innovation, and analytics for a $21 billion Catholic healthcare system since October 2023. Previously, Ray held multiple senior leadership roles at Ascension from 2009 to October 2023, including SVP & Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Mission Integration Officer, where responsibilities encompassed the strategic direction of a faith-based 15-hospital system and performance management across various key areas. Earlier in the career, Ray contributed to PwC as a Manager in the Health Industries Advisory Practice, focusing on strategic plans and operations for healthcare clients. Ray's educational credentials include an MBA in Health Sector Management from Duke University, a PhD in Biological Chemistry from the University of Virginia, and a BS in Chemistry from William & Mary.
