Rocio Lord

Rocio Lord currently serves as the Senior Manager of Enterprise IT Operations at Trinity Health, a position held since November 2019, and has previously held roles including Regional Technical Manager and Client Technologies Supervisor within the same organization. Prior to joining Trinity Health, Rocio was the Client Service Manager at Vereco, Inc. from January 2018 to November 2019. Rocio's career began at Geek Squad, where a range of positions from District Field Manager to Field Service Supervisor were held from 2005 to January 2018. Rocio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology Business Management from Southern New Hampshire University and has attended the University of Illinois in Chicago from 2004 to 2006.
