Rosemary O'Connell

Rosemary O'Connell serves as the Director of Clinical Transformation at Trinity Health since July 2014, where responsibilities include leadership and coordination of clinical informatics initiatives, focusing on workflow development, data analysis, and implementation of clinical systems to enhance patient-centered care across the organization. Prior to this role, O'Connell was the Director of Clinical Informatics at Catholic Health East from March 2001 to June 2014, leading teams in integrating evidence-based practices into electronic health records and enhancing clinical decision support. O'Connell also held the position of Manager for Siemens Clinical Systems, overseeing the implementation of clinical systems across multiple hospitals. O'Connell holds a Master's Degree in Nursing Administration from Villanova University.
