Carla Gama

Carla Gama began their work experience in 2007 as a Nursing Home Manager at Jardim dos Avos - Nursing Home, where they were responsible for ensuring high quality care in a 45-bed nursing home and managing a team of 25 people. In 2009, they worked as a Supervisor at DWL - Residential Care Home. From 2010 to 2012, Carla served as a Registered Manager at Plan Personnel - Plan Care, where they were responsible for leading and coordinating a team to meet corporate, CQC, contract, client, and legal standards. Carla then joined The Good Care Group Ltd in 2012 as a Regional Manager, overseeing care delivery in various areas and managing a team of 6 Care Managers. In 2019, Carla joined Riverstone, where they worked as a Registered Care Manager for The Good Care Group at Riverstone, leading the new service set up and the team in Fulham. Finally, Carla is currently working at Trinity Homecare as the Head of Visiting Care - Operations, a position they have held since April 2023.

Carla Gama obtained a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation and Social Inclusion from Ispa - Instituto Universitário, specializing in the field of Social Sciences. Their education lasted from 2001 to 2006.
