Phillip Howarth

Phillip Howarth has been working as the Chief Engineering Officer at Trinity House since July 2013. Before that, Phillip held the position of 2nd Engineering Officer at the same company. Prior to their time at Trinity House, Phillip was the 1st Engineering Officer at Interislander from August 2008 to April 2013.
