Kirk Hamilton

Kirk Hamilton is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in executive roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Resolute Health Corporation Limited, Clearpoint Health Network, AGNORA, and White Swan Environmental Ltd., Hamilton holds the position of Managing Director at Kensington Capital Partners Limited since July 2016. Previous roles include Non Executive Director at Ace Beverage Group and Ace Valley, both of which were successfully sold to leading corporations. Hamilton's past experience includes significant contributions as Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Stemcor, where complex restructuring processes were led, and as Associate Director at GCM Global Energy Plc, where multi-billion dollar transactions and financial strategies were developed.
