Andrea Powell is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Trinity Industries, Inc. since August 2023, Andrea previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at MicroMetl Corporation from July 2020 to May 2023, where consulting with HR counterparts and managing job postings were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Manager at Kolmar Laboratories, supervising a team and fostering an employee-friendly environment, and as Human Resources Business Partner focused on recruitment and employee relations. Andrea’s career began at TeleSearch Staffing Solutions as Human Resources Manager, overseeing ACA insurance administration.
