Dean Matzo

Dean Matzo serves as a member of the Board of Directors for SkillsUSA Texas, having been elected in June 2024. With extensive experience in the industry, Dean has been the Vice President of Technical Services, Quality Assurance & Warranty at Trinity Industries, Inc. since 2014, where leadership encompasses the vision and execution of technical services and quality assurance across global operations. Prior roles include Director of Global Manufacturing Quality at Navistar Inc. and Division Quality Manager at PACCAR. Dean holds an MBA in International Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington and several certifications in quality and welding, showcasing a commitment to professional development and industry excellence.
