Fernando Ruiz, MBA, is a seasoned procurement and supply chain management professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Sr Director of Indirect Procurement at Trinity Industries, Inc. since 2024, Fernando previously held leadership positions at Alvarez & Marsal as Director and at Supply Tigers, Inc. as Principal Consultant, where strategic consulting projects generated over $10 million in savings. As Vice President of Procurement at DentalOne Partners Inc., Fernando achieved more than $12 million in cost reductions, and during the tenure at American Capital as Vice President of Supply Chain Management, contributed to a $50 million increase in EBITDA through innovative sourcing and procurement strategies. Earlier experience as Sourcing Director at General Electric involved managing a $200 million annual spend and delivering significant savings. Fernando holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
