Javier Murillo has been with Trinity Industries, Inc. since February 2009, currently serving as the Rail Tank Car Cleaning Shop Supervisor. In this role, Javier leads and implements change initiatives for the interior cleaning operations of rail tank cars, overseeing environmental procedures, hydro testing, nitrogen flare operations, and assembly and disassembly processes. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to overall budgets, schedules, and performance standards, as well as collaborating with leadership to initiate and implement new programs and services and making final decisions on operational matters. Previously, Javier also held the position of Inspector II at Trinity Industries, Inc.
