Jonathan Hancock has extensive experience in enterprise application development and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Since June 2012, Jonathan has held various positions at Trinity Industries, Inc., culminating in the role of Senior Manager for the CRM Practice. Prior experience includes a graduate internship focused on enterprise application development and an MBA internship in IT strategy with Dean Foods, where Jonathan worked on mobile device IT strategy. Additionally, Jonathan served as a CRM System Administrator at Centex Homes from March 2004 to October 2008. Jonathan holds a Graduate Degree in Business Analytics from Southern Methodist University (2013-2014) and an MBA in Management from The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business (2010-2013).
