Ruby Sanders

Ruby Sanders currently serves as the Total Rewards Leader for the US and Canada at Trinity Industries, Inc., a position held since August 2022. Previously, Ruby worked as a Senior Benefits Analyst for DART from October 2019 to July 2022 and as an HR Consultant/Benefits Administrator for the Baptist General Convention of Texas between September 2017 and October 2019. Ruby's career began at Fidelity Investments, where responsibilities included managing the implementation of employee retirement plans for small businesses from January 1999 to January 2002. Ruby holds an Executive MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in the same field from the University of North Texas.
