Stephen Deford

Stephen DeFord is an accomplished technology professional with a strong background in software development and leadership. Currently serving as a Software Development Leader at Trinity Industries, Inc. since November 2021, Stephen has previously held significant roles in technology leadership at RealPage, Inc. from May 2013 to July 2021, and as a Learning Technologist at Intellinex (Ernst & Young), ACS, and Xerox from 2002 to May 2013. Early career contributions include a combination of roles in technology leadership, project management, and software architecture at Active Solutions and Proceed Technical, along with experience as a Software Development Leader at AIVIA, Inc. Stephen's educational foundation is rooted in studies at Collin College.
