Tracey Crafton, SPHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR management roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Trinity Industries, Inc. since June 2023, Tracey has previously held senior HR positions including HR Director for Anchor Packaging and HR Manager roles at Apex Tool Group, Arkansas Early Learning, and Thomas & Betts. With a foundational career in medical roles in the military and healthcare sectors, Tracey possesses a strong educational background, including a Master’s degree in Human Resource and Workforce Development and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Arkansas, as well as an Associate degree in Correctional Technologies from the University of Toledo.
