Vikram Minhas

Vikram Minhas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in continuous improvement and manufacturing operations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Engineering & Strategy at Trinity Industries, Inc., since February 2015, Vikram has led enterprise-wide strategies for operational enhancement. Prior roles include Director of Continuous Improvement for US-MX operations and Plant Operations Leader at Owens Corning, where a zero defects and waste culture was established. A strong background in engineering is evident from earlier positions, including Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer at Trinity Industries and Research Associate at the National Institute of Aviation Research. Vikram holds advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, including an MBA in Finance Operations Leadership from the University of South Carolina and multiple graduate certificates from Harvard University and MIT Sloan Executive Education.
