Tracing its roots back to a house Bible study in 1897, Trinity International University (TIU) has grown into a private, Christian university comprising four schools and three academic centers. It is located in Deerfield, Illinois, with regional centers in South Chicago, Florida, and California, and extension sites throughout the Midwest. TIU’s calling is to challenge others to think and act like Christians in a culture in which both have become equally hard. Its mission, in short, is to educate men and women to engage in God's redemptive work in the world by cultivating academic excellence, Christian faithfulness, and lifelong learning.
