Jim MacNeil

Jim MacNeil is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical and operational management within the chemical manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Technical Manager at Trinity Manufacturing, Inc. since August 2018, Jim previously held the role of Product Manager at the same company from November 2011 to August 2018, overseeing all product management aspects for a start-up chlorinated paraffin manufacturer. Prior to this, Jim was the VP of Operations at Insulation Fabricators, Inc. from June 2008 to November 2011, managing various operational departments for a company with 120 employees. Jim also served as General Manager at Dover Chemical Corp from January 1995 to January 2006, where responsibilities included complete P&L oversight and management of all manufacturing and operational activities for a site producing specialty chemicals. Jim's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Ithaca College.
