Jessenia Morales

Jessenia Morales is a UX Designer at Trinity. Jessenia has also worked as a Marketing Assistant at Dolphin Mall, an Application Support Specialist at the University of Miami, and an Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Representative at The Hogan Group and InfoPlaceUSA, respectively.

Jessenia has a wide range of experience in customer service, administration, marketing, and software development. Jessenia is skilled in translating user feedback into functional UI elements or UI specifications, and has a keen eye for identifying new features and improving the user experience. Jessenia is also a talented graphic designer, providing icons, graphics, and other content as needed.

Jessenia’s passion for their work shines through in everything they do. Jessenia is always looking for ways to improve the user experience and enhance the functionality of software systems. Jessenia’s attention to detail, combined with their strong customer service skills, makes their an excellent UX Designer.

Jessenia Morales holds a Master of Fine Arts in Interactive Media Design from the University of Miami, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida International University, and an Associate's Degree in Psychology from Miami Dade College.

They are on a team with Luke Sanneman - Senior UX Designer, Nick Kopp - UX Designer, and Luke Custer - UX Designer. Jessenia Morales reports to Nolan Zenker, Lead UX Designer.
