Amy Mayer

Amy Mayer, CCIM, RPA, is a seasoned property management professional currently serving as Partner and Director of Property Management at Trinity Partners since April 2015, where oversight includes a portfolio of nearly 6 million square feet and a team of 25 professionals. Previously, as Senior Portfolio Manager, Amy managed a Class A portfolio of 23 properties in the Raleigh market. From March 2000 to April 2015, Amy held the position of Vice President of Asset Management & Customer Service at Duke Realty Corporation, managing a similar-sized portfolio while focusing on tenant satisfaction and portfolio goals. Earlier experience includes serving as Property Manager at Anthony & Co. for various private and institutional clients, managing diverse property types and responsibilities. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Meredith College.
