Lissette Espinoza

Lissette Espinoza is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in overseeing diverse real estate portfolios. Currently serving as a Senior Property Manager at Trinity Partners since June 2017, Lissette manages the financial and operational aspects of approximately 1.2 million square feet of Class A office, POA, and industrial properties. Previous roles include serving as a Commercial Property Manager for seven Class A office buildings and two industrial properties, and positions at CIM Group, The Spectrum Companies, Ginkgo Residential, and UDR. Lissette holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from Pfeiffer University.
