Nick Stomski

Nick Stomski, SIOR, currently serves as a Partner at Trinity Partners since September 2018 and has been a Senior Broker and Developer at NAI Avant, LLC since 2007. An industrial and investment specialist, Nick is a Lifetime Member of the Central Carolinas Realtors Association's Circle of Excellence and has consistently ranked as a top performer, receiving multiple recognitions from CoStar, including Top Industrial Leasing and Top Overall Sales Transactions in 2011. Nick is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Educational background includes a High School Diploma from Brother Rice High School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Real Estate and Management, from the University of South Carolina.
