Laurel Leonard, CPC, QPA, QKA, serves as the Executive Regional Vice President of Retirement Sales at Trinity Pension Consultants since November 2013, where responsibilities include collaborating with the Financial Advisor community to deliver effective administration and compliance solutions for employer-sponsored plans, while providing ERISA technical information. Previously, Laurel held the role of Defined Contribution/Benefit Relationship Manager at Trinity, ensuring accurate representation of the company's values to Financial Advisors and Plan Sponsors. Prior to joining Trinity, Laurel worked at Bank of America from October 2003 to October 2013 in various roles, including Home Service Specialist II for mortgage processing and Senior Account Manager in customer assistance collections, demonstrating strong loan processing and portfolio management skills. Laurel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Services and Corporate Financial Management, with a Minor in Economics from The University of Akron.
