Jenny Griffes is an experienced educator and entrepreneur with a diverse background in performing arts and journalism. Currently serving as Lead Preschool Teacher at Trinity Presbyterian Church since October 2020, Jenny also operates Upstage Center of Performing Arts as an owner since June 2017. Previous roles include Assistant Area Director at Launch Your Kid and various positions in the performing arts and education sectors, including Dance Instructor and Studio Manager. Jenny's career began as a reporter for Advance Newspapers, covering local news and features in East Grand Rapids. An alumna of Michigan State University, Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and German.
