Wen Shao is a dedicated and accomplished professional with extensive experience in academic support, research, and leadership development at Rutgers University–New Brunswick since August 2018. As a Resident Assistant, Wen assists residents with personal and academic concerns, while also coordinating efforts to address community issues. Wen has engaged in significant research activities, including creating medical prototypes in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery and conducting literature reviews related to public health. In addition to roles such as McNair Scholar and IWL Scholar, Wen has held several leadership positions within organizations like Omega Phi Chi Multicultural Sorority and America Needs You, focusing on mentorship and community involvement. Wen's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Rutgers University, completed in 2022.
